Where do I find the season schedule for my team?
The schedule will be updated here on our website, on our Instagram: @villaparkgirlsvolleyball, and on the VP school website (click "athletics" and then "athletics calendar").
*Schedule subject to change – always check with Coach for latest updates or schedule changes.
When is practice during the school year?
Weekly Practice schedule will be determined by the coach and communicated to your player.
When do I get our new uniforms?
Uniforms will be distributed to players at beginning of season.
Will transportation to away games be provided?
Yes, OUSD will provide bus transportation.
What is Fair Share Donation?
The VPHS Girls Volleyball program is not a District funded program. We rely solely on the family's financial contributions to buy uniforms and equipment, attend tournaments, cover insurance, etc. More information will be provided on Welcome night.
What are some important dates during the season?
• Welcome Night (August)
• Tournaments (Schedule TBD)
• Senior night (October)
• End of Year Banquet (November)
How can I get involved?
• Volunteer/Donate - There will be several opportunities throughout the season (watch for email announcements).
• Team Parent - Take on role of team parent or co-team parent for your team.
• Participate - Join us for fundraising nights at local restaurants and other fundraising opportunities.
• Show your VPHS Volleyball pride! - Wear your VPHS shirt or gear at the games and tournaments to cheer on our school and team.

Parents - PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT COACHES DIRECTLY REGARDING PLAYING TIME OR POSITIONS
The protocol for player concerns are as follows:
- Step 1 – Player to request meeting with coach after practice to discuss concerns.
- Step 2 - If issue not resolved in step 1, player to request meeting with coach and Head Coach (Brandon).
- Step 3 – If issue not resolved in step 2, player to request meeting with coach, Head Coach and parents.
